 My Family day Journal

                    It was April 23 and Family day has started in ACT. Everyone had prepared for this day, everyone practiced for their dances, and had family and friends join in for the fun. I unfortunately couldn't enjoy this event with my classmates and friends at school, but I am fortunate enough to still spend time with my family on that day.

                    My now 31 years old sister, who is about to give birth soon, had planned a gender reveal birthday party on that day. It was unfortunate because my mom had paid extra on family day so my other older sister and her son could join, but nevertheless it was still a fun day that day. It was morning, I was awoken by the sound of people outside, like what you'd usually hear during an occasion, I went outside my room and saw that the kitchen and dining table was filled with uncooked food. At the other side of my house across the road was my grandpas house, and it was filled with kids and my aunts and mom preparing the whole thing with balloons and foils alongside with tables and chairs, all pink and blue for the theme of the party. It was around 10-11 am, which was still considerately far from the party starting since we had planned to have dinner instead of lunch for the gender reveal. Everyone had color coded clothes to fit in to which gender they think the baby is, I was on team pink, and some of my cousins had to wear blue because apparently they didn't have any pink clothes.

                    Skipping through some details, like me sneaking in the kitchen and taking a few pieces of chicken and eating it, and also playing some games with my cousins, it was almost time for the gender reveal to start. Guests from both families of the father and mother of this soon to be son and daughter had all came to witness and hear the news. After preparing everything, it was time for the party to get started, but firstly my sister had to give her speech of gratitude and prayer so we could eat first before the gender reveal. It was kind of funny because at one point she mentioned a female pronoun and everyone thought it was the babys gender, but unfortunately it wasn't, she was just referring to herself and most of the people in the party was not good at comprehending english sentences.

                     The food was amazing, there was the chicken with 2 flavors of sauce you could choose, honey and sour cream, those were my favorite. 2 huge bowls of rice for everyone, bam-i, desserts on the side, a cake in the middle, and drinks at another area of the long table. I devoured most of the dessert cake pops, and anxiously waited for the donuts to be ready because my older cousin was still taking a picture of the display. There was also the picture of my sister ultra sound at the side of the donuts. After everyone had eaten their meal and ate some dessert as well, it was time for the gender reveal. My cousin on my mothers side and my brother was in charged of the confetti poppers, my sister has instructed them that if it was blue or pink whatever it was the person holding the confetti popper with the same color would twist the popper. No one in the room knows the gender other than my neighbor who was around the same age as my older brother, my sister had given him the little envelope with the babys gender, and he had to prepare the color for the object of the gender reveal to whichever the gender of the baby was. 

                     It was anticipating because at first we all thought it was the cake that reveals the babys gender, but it wasn't and we were all confused to why it was just white. Apparently it was this big black balloon with colored confettis inside. We already had our phones pulled out so it was basically a take two. Now we had to do a countdown once again, everyone was screaming as soon as the balloon had popped IT WAS A GIRL! My poor baby nephew started crying because of how loud we were and we all had to calm him down. But after all of that some people started to leave and went to tell my sister and her boyfriend to congratulate and thank them for the party. The family members I was more familiar with stayed for an after party, which was just sitting around and drinking and maybe a bit karaoke. I unfortunately went ahead and slept. 

                       I had fun that day and wished that I came to the family day and quickly join in the gender reveal as soon as I got home but it was all worth it. I still got to spend time with my family and that is all that matters.

My Intramurals Journal

              It was the last week March, and the preliminary games of Intramurals had just started in the campus of ACT. It was Friday, which usually would mean it was clubbing time. Students would go to specific classrooms that in the rest of the weekdays is used for classes, and on Friday, used for clubs. I unfortunately didn't go to school on that day. I thought it would just be some other club time and thought "eh its fine its just clubs, right?" wrong, it definitely wasn't club time. I sadly didn't know about it because I rarely check my messenger, our source for communication in school. 

               I regretted not going that day, and the 2 other days of the preliminary games. Because well not to brag, I was kind of needed during our volleyball and basketball matches, mostly because of my height in basketball and mostly for my experience in volleyball, but they didn't really need me that much.. but I still regretted not going to those games cause I missed out a lot on fun experiences with classmates and schoolmates alike. I fortunately did join the actual Intramurals, and by actual I meant the program and everything. The Intramurals only had 3 days so I have to make up to it for not going to the preliminary games.

               First day was fun, the program had started and everyone had to walk around the quadrangle and then stay at a designated area in the quadrangle, everyone was showing their jerseys and muses and escorts to the judges and audience. It sadly rained and we had to move under building trees or anything that could shelter us from the rain, but it was alright because the rain subsided and we eventually went back to our original places. Everyone was excited and all of the muses and escorts were great, they had games and speeches to determine which of which would possibly win muse and escort of 2022-2023. Skipping for a few minutes later, the green team won for junior high school muse and escort  and green escort and blue muse for elementary, though everyone did their best and I love the outcome. After that it was time for games. In the first day it was mostly boys so I didn't really get to play much in the games I had joined, but it was fun over all. I also forgot to mention that my brother joined one of the basketball games at one point, he had to borrow my shirt and shoes to join, and I had to walk around with his school shoes since he came to visit his friends as an alumni and all. My mom joined the parents volleyball match as well it was fun watching my brother and mother playing.

               Second day, students were informed to go directly to rooms for solo games like chess, scrabble, typing master, etc. I was one of those students and I had joined table tennis solo. I went into the red room which was used for our match, first try I played so badly. To be honest, the last and first time I played table tennis was in elementary, 6th grade, and that was like 5 years ago. I had completely forgot how to play table tennis and kept on giving free points to my opponent, I'm not even gonna lie I probably didn't have a chance, my opponent was good, she had a stance that I know professionals use, and kept on smacking the ball as soon as it crosses over her.. court? side? I don't even remember what you call it in table tennis. The outcome of that match was.. expected and disappointing, 3 over 11, I so lost. Thankfully that wasn't the case for our volleyball. It was modest at best, loser vs loser, our team, the green team, was 5 points ahead in the first match and 7-10 points ahead in second. We both won the 2 sets and is moving on into the finals. My mom had to come back to play volleyball cause there are finals apparently but glad she enjoyed it.

               Third day, last day of Intramurals, this day will determine which over all team won.. and I missed the basketball match I was supposed to be in. Thankfully my team didn't need me that much, I'm not even that good in basketball, all I know is too dribble and that's it. Moving on from that there was also our finals in table tennis, loser vs loser. Skipping through a intense match, I won in the end, but the scores did come close though. If it weren't for me watching and observing matches the day before I probably would've lost. Now for the our final volleyball match, this match will determine the who will win in junior high volleyball girls. Green vs Gold, out of all the games nothing would get me as tense as volleyball. First set was won by the gold team, no shot there was 2 experienced players on their team that improved significantly unlike me. It was stressful for me at least since if they will win the second set, we'll obviously lose. But thankfully second set was won by us thanks to my serves that went all went in, glad I contributed. And now onto the third set, it was intense, everyone was cheering for the players and the team they support. I was not good during the third set I kept on flunking my receives and it felt embarrassing, I even had to get subbed out but that was a big mistake because the person that got subbed in place for me didn't know how to properly serve and that made us lose the match. It was a good game, and at the end of the day it was all fun, we all received medals in solo or duo matches and I had great fun, I hope to see the same faces in intramurals this school year. 

How to Clean your Phone

I will giving a Directive Process on how to clean your phone. Steps wont have any difficult 
explanations and can be easily done at home. Note, that the gadget we'll be cleaning is a touch screen so these steps will most likely not fit keypad phones or flip phones.

                              1. Remove phone case

                                    You need to separate any casing that's covering your phone. Its to prevent having any
                                    difficulties and inconvenience that might occur during cleaning.

                             

                                    2. Cleaning 
                                    You can use baby wipes to clean your screen, and a dry cloth or cottons buds to clean
                                    the outer area of small spaces or your camera. Make sure you clean the edges that may
                                    gather dust. Avoid using tissues because it might scratch the screen.

                                   3. Clean your phone case (optional)
                                   This step depends on you if you wanna clean your phone case or not.
                                             Get tissue or cotton buds and thoroughly clean the edges of the camera holes, speaker
                                   holes, earphone hole, and charging port of the phone case. Don't forget to clean the inner 
                                   corners of the phone case that may gather dust or dirt.
 

                             
         
        These steps will help you get good hygiene and can improve your phone time without having to worry about dust or dirt covering corners of your phone. Hope these steps helped you and your phone.

  Sa isang pundamental, pisikal, at espirituwal na antas, lahat tayo ay konektado sa katotohanan.  Common terms for small creatures that are not visible to the average person. They live in forests, trees, mounds, or old and large habitats found in the provinces.

The elf shows only a few people, when they like you. Like the elf living in the house, according to onlookers, they are playing. The elf brings the person he loves to their place. In the common stories that have been passed down from generation to generation, their place is a paradise that no one ever imagined to have. Their kingdom is full of gold. They love to collect different things. There is an old saying that when something is lost in your house it is taken away by a dwarf, which even if you look for it will not be found, and when you decide to stop searching then it will come out of a place as if nothing had happened.

“REPLEKSIYON NG BUHAY KO”

                

Ang gusto ko sa buhay ay ang aking pamilya. Inaalagaan nila ako, kahit marami kaming labanan. Mahal ko rin ang aking mga kaibigan, dahil binibigyan din nila ako ng kaligayahan. Ang gusto ko sa buhay ay madarama ko ang kaligayahan at pagmamahal, dahil ang ilang mga tao sa mundo ay hindi maaaring maranasan ang kaligayahang iyon dahil sa mga nakakalason na tao sa kanilang buhay. Dapat akong magpasalamat sapagkat, nakilala ko ang maraming magagaling na tao upang mapanood ako na lumalaki.

Masasabi kong, magaling ako sa pagguhit. Ngunit hindi dahil magaling ako sa pagguhit ng mga totoong bagay o pagkakaroon ng mahusay na istilo ng sining. Ito ay sapagkat, sa akin .. Mahusay akong ipahayag ang aking nararamdaman at karanasan sa pamamagitan ng pagguhit, nakakatulong ito sa akin na mapagtanto kung sino talaga ako.

Ang pagguhit at panonood ng mga video ay hindi ang mga bagay na nagpapasaya sa akin, sapagkat ang mga ito ay gawi lamang upang aliwin ang aking pagkabagot. Ang talagang nagpapasaya sa akin, ay ang mga taong nakilala ko sa aking buhay. Pinaliwanag nila ang madilim na sulok ng aking mundo na hindi ko maabot.
